Developer Advocate, Physical AI

Be the voice of Avala in the Physical AI developer community. You'll create technical content, build SDK integrations, and help robotics and AV engineers get the most out of Avala's platform — from the Python SDK to the annotation API.

What You'll Do: • Create technical tutorials, sample code, and documentation for Avala's SDKs and APIs • Present at conferences, meetups, and webinars on Physical AI data infrastructure • Build demo applications and reference architectures for common AV/robotics workflows • Engage with the developer community on GitHub, Discord, and forums • Provide feedback from developers to the product and engineering teams • Contribute to open-source tools and format specifications in the Physical AI ecosystem

Requirements: • 3+ years as a developer advocate, solutions engineer, or technical content creator • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript • Experience with ML workflows, computer vision, or robotics • Excellent public speaking and technical writing skills • Active presence in developer communities

Nice to Have: • Experience with ROS, MCAP, or autonomous vehicle data formats • Background in computer vision or perception engineering • Contributions to open-source ML or robotics projects
